Eng. Sameera AlKandari holds BSc in Chemical Engineering (1990) and MSc. in Environmental Sciences (2007) from Kuwait University. In 1992, Eng. Sameera joined the Environment Public Authority in Kuwait and became the manager of the Planning & Environmental Impact Assessment Department. In 2019, Eng. Sameera was appointed as the Deputy Director General for Environmental Monitoring. For over 30 years, Eng. Sameera has been actively
