The SFS Programme is thrilled to announce the partial renewal of its Multi-stakeholder Advisory Committee, welcoming a new cohort of leading countries and organizations to its ranks.

The SFS Programme is thrilled to announce the partial renewal of its Multi-stakeholder Advisory Committee (MAC), welcoming a new cohort of leading countries and organizations to its ranks. The partial renewal refreshes the Committee's diverse expertise and strengthens its ability to address the complex and evolving challenges in food systems transformation.

We're delighted to announce the inclusion of:

  • Office of the Prime Minister, Uganda
  • Centre international de hautes études agronomiques méditerranéennes (CIHEAM)
  • Food Future Foundation
  • Global Alliance for Improved Nutrition (GAIN)

The experience and reach of these esteemed organizations will significantly enhance the Committee's ability to deliver impactful solutions. We extend our sincere appreciation to the outgoing members whose guidance and contributions have been invaluable in shaping the SFS Programme's success.

We would also like to take this opportunity to express our gratitude to the outgoing members of the Committee: Argentina, South Africa, Tunisia, IPES-Food, Project X, Pinpoint Sustainability and NCPC Sri Lanka.

The new Committee will convene its first face-to-face meeting on 23-24 May in Paris, France, to discuss the Programme's strategic direction, the plans of its dofferent Working Groups, and start defining future key Programme outputs and milestones. We look forward to their collaborative efforts in propelling the SFS Programme program towards achieving its ambitious goals.
